Something is horribly wrong with the drops
I have seen some rediculous things happening with the drops over the past week.
Ive started doing tombs runs, hoping to get victos battle axe, seeing it drop nearly EVERY TIME kept me at it. I have now gone 6 tombs runs without A SINGLE GREEN and then I see some people getting TWO OR THREE.
Another day in a tombs run, there were four chests throughout the whole thing, and not a single person got a gold item from any of them.
I started a FOW questing group the other night, and one guy got six shards in a row...
so, the suggestion i put forward today is, make the drops spread out depending on the area, because right now this 'random' drop assignment system, doesnt seem very random.
I dont like doing something for two hours and getting nothing out of it myself.

Only 6 dry tombs runs in a row? That's not much. I remember having over 10. Then again, I also remember getting 3 greens in a single run.
For the last (oh well) time, random means, that it's possible to go for 100 runs without a single drop. It also means it's possible to get all the drops.
And yes, getting 4/4, even 5/5 ectos in UW, had that happen to me as well. Also, doing 10 runs after that without seeing a single ecto. That is random. But in order to test whether it's really random or not, you need 100+ samples, preferable over 1000.

This is why farming builds exist, which maximize profit over time.
Tombs have been useless for that purpose since 1 month after they launched. And FoW/UW is best done solo, if drops is what you're after.
Note: You're running this for greens/profit, not for challenge. Change your aproach.

I like the new random system. Drops still don't happen much for me, but I got my first major Green drop after 16 months of just playing the game (not while farming), and I like things to be "random" like that. :P

Not to mention that the game keeps track of you continually farming one area, thus decreasing the drop quality. You should've gotten that anti-farm warning by now (-;

You get that if you repeatedly kill a small subset of mobs in a single zone. For example, if you enter an area 30 times in an hour, always killing 5 creatures.
It cannot happen in tombs.
The drops are only impacted once you see the message. It has no effect on green drops in tombs, since by getting there you need to go through several zones, making it impossible to enter with the code active.
